A Technology and Solutions Company

As part of an evaluation of all documentation being provided to system administrators using the company servers, Comtech evaluated the technology and solutions company's Web site. Using both our expertise and information gathered from system administrators during customer partnering sessions, Comtech made recommendations to improve navigation and accessibility of information. We also made suggestions for the appropriate content to include on the Web page, as opposed to other media at the company’s disposal.

A Networking Solutions Company

The introduction of Web-based documentation at the networking solutions company in the last couple of years caused a variety of looks and approaches as writers were left without applicable style guides. Comtech evaluated the company’s online documentation, both Web- and Windows-based, and made recommendations for standards and conventions to adopt throughout the company. We used not only our knowledge of best practices but also conducted focus groups of writers and various audiences to gauge preferences and reactions to our recommendations.
