Presenter: Alex Blanton is a Senior Content Project Manager in Engineering Excellence. He provides
consulting, training, and performance support for content publishing employees, with a
particular focus on deploying and sharing best practices in social media, Web content, and
vendor engagement. He has worked at Microsoft since 1997 and has previously held roles as
content publishing manager, program manager, product planner, and editor.
