Your company is responsible for |
Your company arranges for and provides, at no cost to Comtech:
Classroom. Proper facilities for conducting the workshop.
Equipment. Any necessary equipment for training purposes. Depending upon the needs
of the workshop, this may include a screen in the front of the room, LCD projector, power strip, flip charts, flip chart paper, and pens/markers for flip charts.
Enrollment.Your company must enroll one employee at the sponsor rate of $850.
Breakfast. Arrange and pay for breakfast (bagels or pastries), refreshments (coffee, tea, water and possibly juice), and snacks.
Local liaison. You'll
provide Comtech with a list of hotels, directions, and security instructions we can pass on to attendees traveling
to your location.

Comtech provides |
Publicity.
Comtech arranges to publicize the workshop locally so the minimum class enrollment
is reached. We'll work with you to get suggestions. As soon as we settle on a date, we'll list the workshop on our Web site and in promotional
emailings.
Workshop content. The
content of each workshop will be as described on the Web page for that workshop.
Instruction. One of the Comtech workshop leaders will conduct the workshop.
Instructional materials.
We'll furnish, at no additional cost to attendees, instructional aids usual
for each course, including books, pamphlets, and diagrams.
Lunch. We will arrange and pay for local catering of lunch.

Enrollment |
Complimentary
enrollments. As a workshop sponsor, you'll be entitled to three complimentary
enrollments for employees in your company.
Qualified attendees.
Others may be enrolled at any time up to the commencement of training,
subject to the availability of class space.
Minimum class size.
We'll consult with you to set a minimum size based on our travel time and
costs. Nearby classes may be smaller than distant classes. Typical minimum
sizes range from 10 to 15 attendees total.
Maximum class size.
This will depend upon the size of the available classroom and the requirements
of the workshop. Some workshops demand more one-on-one feedback and must
be limited in size.

Fees |
Course fees will
be as listed on our Registration page. Your company is entitled to up to
four enrollments for the price of one with additional ones at a discounted fee of $850.

Dates and times |
The workshop must be scheduled at least three months in advance to allow for adequate publicity. We'll consult
with you to reach a mutually agreeable date. Workshops are usually conducted
during normal working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00
PM each day.
|
Cancellation |
Comtech may cancel the workshop for any reason by giving your company
written notice at least 15 working days prior to the scheduled
commencement date of the course to be canceled. Your company may cancel the workshop for any reason by giving Comtech
written notice at least 30 working days prior to the scheduled commencement
date of the cource to be cancelled. Otherwise you company will have to compensate all attendees who have lost airfare.

Contract |
After discussing
the workshop with you, we'll prepare a simple contract, setting out what
we've each agreed to.
